She has designed and developed courses for classroom, online, web-enhanced, and blended delivery formats for multiple degree programs and schools, including Strategic Management, Business Ethics, Advanced Composition, and US History. She’s taught graduate courses in Instructional Writing, Introduction to Instructional Design, and Graphic Design. She has designed and conducted public and corporate seminars in the U.S., Europe, and the Pacific Rim including topics such as Front End Analysis, Instructor Skills, Task Analysis, Curriculum Design, Conducting Productive Meetings, Conflict Management, and Facilitation Skills. Since then she continues to enjoy working in academic, corporate and not-for-profit environments. Mary received her graduate degree in Instructional Systems Technology with a cognate in Gerontology at Indiana University, Bloomington.
